Medina: A Cozy Escape

My best friend and I were simply in the mood for cocktails on a Friday night—nothing too serious. Medina, a Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, had been on my list for a while. It’s brought to us by the same group behind Maydan, which sits just across the street. I’ve never been to Morocco, but if I had to imagine the feel, Medina seems pretty close.

Sost DC: A Vibe You Need to Experience

Before TikTok went through its whole death and rebirth, I saved a video of this restaurant and lounge that just felt like a vibe. The music, the ambiance, everything looked amazing. But let’s be real, the food was what really caught my eye. So, for a Saturday girls’ night out, we decided to check out SOST.
